Brief Bio
Dr. Vishal Rekha Ramchandra Gotarane is a doctoral researcher, educator, and academic leader with over 13 years of comprehensive experience in higher education, advanced research, and academic governance. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) at Anjuman-I-Islam’s Kalsekar Technical Campus (University of Mumbai), he holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering alongside a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering. His foundational research centers on IoT network security, nature-inspired optimization algorithms, deep learning for anomaly detection, and wireless communication networks.
A dedicated contributor to the scientific community, Dr. Gotarane has authored extensive peer-reviewed research published in reputed Web of Science (SCI/SCIE), Scopus-indexed journals, IEEE Xplore, and Springer series, in addition to published patents and academic books on Machine Learning Algorithms. Beyond scholarly contributions, he serves as an invited peer reviewer for premier international venues, including Springer Nature Scientific Reports, and brings strong enterprise software architecture expertise through large-scale ERP implementations, institutional quality assurance (IQAC/NAAC), and industry-academia incubator initiatives.
